Mold Testing

f no mold has been found upon the visual inspection process and the client and inspector may decide to do in air sampling to determine the amount of mold spores in the air. Two samplings must be taken, one outside the building is a standard, and the other in the infected area. $250

When mold is discovered, the client may decide to have more extensive testing performed. We are certified and able to perform a variety of testing in order to determine the types and levels of mold that are present. Our reports our extensive and our turn around time is usually within two to three business days. The reports will also inform the clint of the potential dangers involved with every type of mold uncovered.
